Ghosts and Goblins to Haunt the Raleigh City Museum on Halloween
Museum Hosts Lunchtime Ghost Stories Program
RALEIGH, N.C. (October 22, 2002) - Want to learn about North Carolina ghosts? Or share your
own ghost stories with others? Maybe even be haunted by a costumed staff member? Then be sure to
join the Raleigh City Museum for a hauntingly ghoulish time this Halloween when we host a lunchtime
program of chills, thrills and local ghosts and goblins.
The spooky activity takes place on THURSDAY, October 31 from 11:30 am to 1:00 p.m. in the
Museum’s main gallery at 220 Fayetteville Street Mall in downtown Raleigh. Admission is free and
open to the general public; all are invited to attend. Halloween candy will be provided. For more
information about the Raleigh City Museum’s Halloween Day event, contact Ken Peters, Coordinator of
Education and Outreach, at 832-3775 ext. 11.
